Shipping Policy

Most orders will ship out within a 5-7 business days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard Service unless you select an alternative. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 20-46 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays(Chinese New Year etc.).

Our Fullfilment center is located in China, so we shipping with China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus or ePacket.
Tracking information is available within 5-10 days after shipping.
The vast majority of orders are delivered to their destinations within 20-46 working days (Monday to Friday). 

While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, LightMe cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, customs and border issues (for international shipments), service interruptions, etc.

 Lightme is an international online store located in California, USA. Our fulfillment centers located in different parts of Asia , this is why some products will sometimes comes in separated packages. If you ordered multiple products and you only got one? Please wait a few more days , don’t worry your products will arrive !

Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) Policies

  • Damaged, defective or incorrect product(s) must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt.
  • Please email us at storelightme@gmail.com ; include order number, a detailed description of problem and picture of the damaged, defective or incorrect item(s) received.
  • Product will be replaced with an identical product (subject to availability) free of charge or refunded, whichever is preferred.
